RAD (Rape and Agression Defense) Training

RAD (Rape and Agression Defense) is a relatively new program offered by your Sheriff's Office.  The RAD program teaches various self-defense techniques people can use to protect themselves in the event they are attacked.  The program has been taught to several groups including high school students at both high schools.  We are the first agency to offer the training to students.

Giles High School students and Sheriff's Office RAD instructors after completing the RAD program.
